How to avail this Jio 912 plan?
Jio did not provide proper guidelines for availing this plan. This plan may be available under Tariff Protection Plans in the “Service Settings” section available in the “Settings” menu (Jio Selfcare Login on Web)
Note:- Tariff Protection Plans are applicable for customer without an active plan.
Some Things to consider about this Jio 912 plan:
1) This tariff plan will be available to any subscriber for a period of atleast 365 days
from the date of enrolment.
2) This Plan voucher is available to only Jio Prime subscribers.
One of the good thing is, it is NOT JioPhone plan. it will work on any Smartphone/Basic Phone that supports VoLTE.

- The charges are inclusive of applicable taxes. The base plan will be offered on an auto-debit mode from core balance. Besides this other mode
of recharge will also be available to the subscribers. In case of recharge from core balance, where the applicable tax has already been paid, the
subscriber will be charged at MRP excluding applicable tax component. - In case of non-recharge till the end of recharge validity period of 365 days, RJIL reserves the right to provide the plan benefits in a curtailed
manner at its discretion during the grace period of upto 30 days. Further, in case of non-recharge at the end of 180 days from the last recharge,
RUIL reserves the right to disconnect the services at its discretion. - The mobile connection will be deactivated if there is (a) no voice/ video call (outgoing or incoming) or an outgoing SMS or data session (upload or download) or usage of Value Added Services, for a continuous period of 90 days and (b) in case the subscribers main account balance is less than Rs. 20/-, at the discretion of RIlL. Upon deactivation, all account balances will be forfeited, and a grace period of 15 days will be provided
tc the subscriber within which the Subscriber can retain the deactivated number by paying a fee of Rs. 20/-. If the subscriber’s main account balance i Rs. 20/- or more, number retention charge of Rs. 20/- for every 30 days will be automatically deducted and the non usage period will be - In case of non-recharge till the end of recharge validity period of 365 days, RJIL reserves the right to provide the plan benefits in curtailed

- This Plan is intended only for personal use of included services. RJIL reserves the right to discontinue the free Voice benefits offered as part of
this Plan in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorised telemarketing and other commercial uses. - The voice/SMS benefits under the Plan voucher cannot be used for outgoing calls/SMS to premium numbers, IN numbers, international
numbers and other chargeable short Codes; the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same. - Unutilized plan benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of current recharge validity.
- The Subscribers wil
required to opt for suitable Top-up voucher to avail other chargeable services. - This Prepaid tariff plan is not available on standalone basis and can only be availed by customers possessing an LTE compatible device opting for
applicable Prime STVs
