• Owner, Us, We: The creator and publisher of the Website and the Mobile Application. The terms “We and Owner” shall include the Rutedo Solutions, owners of the Website and the Mobile Application, its employees and other affiliates. The term “Us” shall be construed accordingly.
• Referral means the act of inviting a person (referee) by another person (referrer) to use the link to install the mobile application of Turantbecho and register on the application through the unique referral code provided by Turantbecho.
• Award means the credit of certain amount in INR to the referrer’s and referee’s Paytm account for carrying out the referral process.
• Referrer means the person who refers to another person using mobile application of Turantbecho installed on his/her own mobile device.
• Referee means the person who receives the referral code (unique code generated/provided by Turantbecho) from the referrer and installs mobile application of Turantbecho and registers on it.
• User/Customer should install the App by clicking on the link provided by us and should register to avail the referral bonus.
• Referral program is valid only on registration done on mobile device.
• Only one new registration per mobile device shall be eligible for bonus.
• User/Customer needs to provide valid mobile number registered on Paytm to get credit. Turantbecho will not send any request for mobile number registered on Paytm. In case User/Customer does not provide mobile number registered on Paytm within 48 hrs of installing of Turantbecho application on their mobile device, the award amount will lapse and shall not be credited to User/Customer account.
• One User/Customer can earn maximum award amount up to INR 500 under this referral program.
• Turantbecho team will verify the successful completion of the referral process between the referrer and the referee. The award amount will be credited into the user’s Paytm account within 48 hrs of successful completion of the referral process.
• The final decision for the eligibility for referral and the award amount will be taken by Turantbecho team.
• To participate in Referral program, you must agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms and conditions of the referral program are agreement between You, User/Customer and Owner, We & Us. You agree to follow terms and conditions of the referral program strictly in order to participate in the referral program.
• Turantbecho at its sole discretion may change, alter, modify, or add the Referral amount at any time without any intimation to any customer.
• Turantbecho reserves the right to discontinue the Referral program without assigning any reasons, justifications or without any prior intimation whatsoever to You, User/Customer. In case of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be binding on You, User/Customer.
