ABCD App Refer & Earn Free 50 Coins: Steps to Claim Offer

1. Generate and Share Your Unique Referral Link
   • Download & Open the ABCD App and navigate to the “Refer & Earn” section. Create your unique referral link and share it with friends and family through social media, WhatsApp, email, or any other platform.
2. Invitees Install and Register on the ABCD App
   • Your friends need to click on your referral link, download the ABCD App, and register.
3. Invitees Complete a Qualifying Transaction
   • To make your referral count, your invitees need to complete at least one qualifying transaction within 30 days of registering on the app. Qualifying transactions include:
     • Making product purchases within the app
     • Completing UPI transactions
     • Checking their credit score
     • Adding a portfolio on Portfolio Track
     • Linking a bank account in Spends Track

Terms and Conditions for the ABCD App Referral Program:

1. Qualifying Transactions
Upon downloading the ABCD App, referees must ensure they complete qualifying transactions, includes product
purchases, UPI transactions, credit score checks, adding a portfolio on Portfolio Track, adding a bank account on
Spends Track, and getting the Digital Health Evaluation done on Health Track. Qualifying transaction needs to be
completed within 30 days of registration on the ABCD app.

2. Referral Program
Customers can receive ABCD Coins for each successful referral, up to a maximum of 10 referrals. Only referrals that
meet all qualifying criteria will be eligible for ABCD Coins. Value of 1 ABCD coin is equivalent to 1 rupee. All of these
are governed by terms and conditions of the ABCD and can be changed from time to time. ABCD shall have the sole
right to determine the eligibility of successful referrals and qualifying criteria.

3. ABCD Coins Accrual
ABCD Coins will be credited to the referrers’ accounts monthly. Referrals will be invalidated if the referred customer
uninstalls the ABCD App within 30 days, and such instances will not be counted in the referral calculation.

4. Changes to the Program
ABCD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any
changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the ABCD App or website. ABCD reserves the authority to
determine any decisions regarding the extension or cancellation of this reward program without any prior notice. In
case of any dispute regarding eligibility, the decision of ABCDL shall be final and binding.

5. Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent behaviour, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, using bots, or other deceptive
practices, will, without prejudice to the other rights of ABCD result in disqualification from the referral program and
forfeiture of any earned ABCD Coins.

6. Privacy
By participating in the referral program, customers consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal
information in accordance with ABCD’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

7. Non-Transferability
ABCD Coins earned through the referral program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other
form of compensation outside the ABCD App ecosystem.

8. Offer validity:
This offer is valid for referrals made starting from July 30, 2024.
