On February 22 I submitted a redemption request on the Confluence app for the reward ‘200 INR Amazon Voucher’. Since I should have received the voucher within 7 business days, on 4 March, I sent an email to the Confluence support team. They responded by claiming that they have already sent the voucher.
However, since 22 February I have not received any email from Confluence with the voucher. I have been checking my email inbox, spam box, and trash can from the 22nd. I have not received the Amazon voucher. I asked the team to send the email with the voucher again, but they are not responding. I am a regular user of the Confluence app.
Can you please help me? Can you connect me with somebody who can help me?

same thing happened me as well, i also make redemption request of ₹100 amazon voucher on date 22nd feb 2021 and i try to reach them at 4th march via email in response they said they send my voucher to my email but i never received any voucher on normal as well as on spam inbox folder as well but they deducted my points of that voucher, after same till today on date 9th march 2021 i tried to reach them via email again and again but no response from them.

I have successfully installed confluence more app after giving all the required permissions but I am not able to enter the redemption area of app .
