i already have 2 kotak account and while i was using vcc to activate prime it says:”Currently your bank is unable to process card payments due to technical issue. Please use an alternate payment method”.It was the same thing saying before one month, i think they are also blocking vcc for further use if you have used your vcc previously to purchase 1 month prime.

You need to add an additional step “DBT Yes/NO” If I select Yes it proceeds further else it ask to opt for 811 Lite where there is a minimum deposit of 10k mandatory.
