    I found an update that you can port online from ekyc.Aircel website (online UPC generation page), but the link to the server is down, you can keep trying.

    Second : I visited a local retailer and they generated the UPC code via AIRTEL (not sure how), and i ported to AIRTEL. they informed i can port to any provider but at a nominal cost. Ported number will be active after 5 days. (update from KOLKATA)

    Atlast one solution : Please visit Spencer plaza where Aircell Head office is situated- Network is available in that location & so we can get UPC by sending PORTYour Number to 1900.

    If in case not able ti get-pleace check your balance in case of prepaid / dues to be cleared in case of Post paid.

    If that too is not working- there is an Airtell outlet near by where they help you to get UPC instantly at a fee of Rs.50.

    Sharing this as it may help many Aircell customers.

  153. I am from Bihar. I tried calling the customer care once but I didn’t know the last five digits of SIM NUMBER. So I cut the call. Next time when I called them they are saying that ” u have reached your maximum number of requests, we can’t process your request”. Why is it so.? Also help me if there is any other option.

    2nd if ur cll is cnnctd then put ur mbile nmbr nxt agn put ur sim’s last 5 digit no.

    “I have a 20 digit ICCID code, which should generally be 19, I had lost my original first SIM earlier and this was the replaced SIM of the same number.
    I don’t know why when I call this number it says that it doesn’t match with their record. I have checked the number both in the app and on SIM are same. anyone who faced this issue when calling the numbers mentioned above?     First apko sim card ke 19 digits serial no. ke last 5digits no. note karna hai.
    Wo aap apne sim ke upar dekh sakte hai ya fir jisko nano-micro ya fir nmbr nahi hai wo log Play Store se ‘Sim Card Info’ (yellow clr) dwnload karke paa sakte hai.
    Fir tricks me diye gai nmbr par cll karo from any netwrk.
    Smtms it’s saying bsy or try aftr smtms bt u try agn n agn.
    Agr finally cll cnnct ho jaye to fir apna aircel no upc gnrt vc sunai dega uske bad apna nmbr and fir last 5dgst sim no enter kijiyaga..All done.
    Then apko UPC code mil jayega.
    Try it guyz…I got upc by this methode.

  223. This is not working.. My aircel number is been linked with all my bank accounts and professional work… I need this to be done ASAP.
    THE ABOVE MENTIONED METHOD DOESN’T WORK.
    AIRCEL SERVICES ARE THE WORST.

    I don’t know why when I call this number it says that it doesn’t match with their record. I have checked the number both in the app and on SIM are same. anyone who faced this issue when calling the numbers mentioned above? I am 100 percent sure that I gave the correct numbers to the IVR, they don’t even repeat after entering the number to confirm.
    Had previously sent many port msgs to the 1900, but didn’t got the code and network is gone once again.
