  12. If you arr not getting virtual card reason behind it is your adhar card doesn’t have mobile number so kotak bank is not able to verify your adhar number is correct or not so they are saying to complete ekyc

  20. Not getting any virtual card upon clicking on 811 banner..
    It only shows REQUEST FULL KYC option.

    No virtual card appeared during registration & even after clicking 811 banner, it did not come?
    Please admin help me in this & as per other comments, all are facing same issue.
